WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK FOR BROADCASTING INFORMATION WITH HIGH PRIORITY, CHANGING METHOD THEREOF AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK DESIGN TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit broadcasting information with high priority from the deep part of a building or a base station to a mobile terminal existing in a far depopulated area.

SOLUTION: A base station in a wireless communication network comprises a broadcasting information input means 11 for inputting broadcasting information S1 with high priority and a transmission power changing means 23 for changing the transmission power of a down link shared channel when the broadcasting information S1 with high priority is inputted. The transmission power changing means 23 changes the transmission power of the down link shared channel so that effective radiation power used for the down link shared channel of the base station is increased in a place for receiving a propagation loss in a cover area of the base station when the broadcasting signal S1 is inputted. Consequently the effective radiation power to a mobile terminal existing in the place having a large propagation loss in the cover area of the base station is increased and the receiving level of the mobile terminal existing in the place having the large propagation loss is increased.
