<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical composition for protuberance of epithelium that can facilitate the injection of a solution through a narrow catheter and can retain the protuberance of epithelium high. <P>SOLUTION: The medical composition for protuberance of epithelium comprises a solution including hyaluronic acid or its medically acceptable salt and chondroitin sulfate or its medically acceptable salt and the apparent viscosity measured with a rotational viscometer at 25°C under the shear rate of 7.7 to 10.0 s<SP>-1</SP>, 19.2 to 20.0 s<SP>-1</SP>and 38.3 to 40.0 s<SP>-1</SP>give respectively the following values in the ranges of 50 to 500 mPa s, 45 to 300 mPa s and 40 to 200 mPa s.
