<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing deceleration container whereby perishables and frozen food can be delivered together in a low-temperature refrigerator vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The freezing deceleration container C includes a freezing deceleration wrapping member D which can wrap almost the entire article G losing its commercial value when its moisture freezes, and an outer container 1 which stores the freezing deceleration wrapping member. This prevents freezing of moisture in the article that may lose its commercial value if its moisture freezes when the article is stored together with a frozen article in a low-temperature refrigerator vehicle. This eliminates the need to have a low-temperature refrigerator vehicle and a middle-temperature refrigerator vehicle in order to separately deliver frozen articles and articles that may lose their commercial values when their moisture freezes.
