<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a childproof door lock operating device for a vehicle, which enhances the operability of a childproof door lock means. <P>SOLUTION: This childproof door lock operating device comprises: a first childproof door lock means 92 which can switch between the unlocked state of enabling the transfer of a door-opening control force of an inside handle 8 provided in the vehicle, and the locked state of disabling the transfer of the door-opening control force: and a second childproof door lock means 93 which inputs the door-opening control force transferred from the means 92, when the means 92 is in the unlocked state, and which can switch between the unlocked state of enabling the input door-opening control force to be transferred to a door latch for holding the door in a closed position, and the locked state of disabling the transfer of the door-opening control force to the door latch.
