PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment having a simple open-close mechanism for a vent hole formed at a box body. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment has an electric part in the box body. In the electronic equipment, the box body has the vent hole for ventilating the inside of the box body. The electronic equipment has a connecting spring composed of a first spring in which each end is connected to each other, each end is fixed in the box body, and a natural length are transited by a temperature; and a second spring having approximately the same natural length irrespective of a temperature. The electronic equipment further has a vent-hole cover formed at the connection of the first spring and the second spring for a connecting spring and opening and closing the vent hole. The connecting spring moves the vent-hole cover so as to open the vent hole at a specified temperature or higher, and to close if at a temperature lower than the specified temperature by transition at the temperature of the natural length of the first spring.
