PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the optical coupling efficiency of a wiring board, the connection of a waveguide and an optical fiber, and various characteristics of optical coupling density. SOLUTION: The wiring board 10 for coupling an electric signal and an optical signal to surface mounting type optical elements 1 and 2, has: an optoelectic wiring board 15 provided with electric wiring parts 4a and 4b for connecting the electric signal; an optical wiring board M which is mounted on the reverse face of the face on which the optical element of the optoelectic wiring board 15 is provided, and provided with an optical wiring part 13 to which an optical signal is transmitted; and an optical path conversion part 12 provided at the end of the optical wiring part 13. An optical waveguide is provided on an optoelectric wiring board L and passes through the optoelectric wiring board L for connecting the position at which the optical elements 1 and 2 are provided and the optical path conversion part 12, and the optical path conversion part 12 is so formed to convert the optical path between the optical waveguide and the optical wiring part 13.
