PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition which contains, as its effective component, a compound having a platelet aggregation inhibiting action, its pharmacologically allowable salt, or its prodrug. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains, as its effective component, a compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-6C alkyl group or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a 2-7C alkanoyl group, a 7-11C arylcarbonyl group, an R<SP>4</SP>-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>l</SB>group, or the like; R<SP>3</SP>is a 6-10C aryl group or the like; X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>, X<SP>3</SP>, X<SP>4</SP>, and X<SP>5</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or the like; and n represents an integer of 0-2), its pharmacologically allowable salt, or its prodrug.
