PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable leather like sheet having a functionality. SOLUTION: In the functional leather like sheet consisting of a fibrous substrate layer 1, a porous covering layer 2 formed on at least one side surface of the substrate and functional fine particles 3, the functional fine particles exist at the inside of pores of the porous covering layer without being contained at the inside of the resin constituting the porous covering layer, and have opened up apertures 4 having 1-100μm mean diameter on their surfaces.
