The invention relates to a method of measuring the frequency response of an enclosure, comprising the following steps consisting in: receiving a first electric signal (A); eliminating a first frequency band (?f1) of the first electric signal (A) in order to obtain a first modified electric signal (B); generating a second electric signal (D) with a selected frequency (f) contained in the first frequency band (?f1); generating a first acoustic signal (F) corresponding to the sum of said electric signals (B and D); capturing a second acoustic signal (G) originating from the radiation of the first acoustic signal (F); and comparing the second acoustic signal (G) and the first acoustic signal (F) in relation to the selected frequency (f), in order to obtain a datum indicating the acoustic response of the chamber in the selected frequency (f). The invention also relates to an equalisation method and a system.
