A method (FIG. 2c) of educating a child includes identifying a problem behavior exhibited by the child, instructing the child to exhibit improved behavior that is different from the problem behavior, and monitoring the child to detect the improved behavior. After the improved behavior is detected, the method further includes providing a container (230) capable of being opened and closed, providing an inspirational or laudatory message (232) regarding the improved behavior, the message sized to fit within the container, placing the message within the container and closing the container (234), and hiding the container enclosing the message (236).
