The invention relates to public-service engineering and can be used for machines and trailed devices used for removing dust, sand and light rubbish. The inventive sweeping and cleaning device comprises a fan and means which convey rubbish to a container and consist of at least two scrapers which are arranged one after another and hingedly connected to horizontal axes in such a way that they are freely rest on a cleanable surface, wherein at least one scraper is provided with a pivoting drive. Said invention is characterised in that the device is provided with one or several additional scrapers and a drive for pivoting said scraper(s).
