The invention relates to a garment which is used to maintain a person in comfortable, safe and hygienic conditions either at home or in a structure. The inventive garment is made from a variable-thickness fabric, such as cotton jersey or fleeced fabric, and can be produced in different colours, either solid colours or a single colour in different tones, and in several sizes. The garment comprises: a neck (1) and flexible, elastic round cuffs (2), top-stitched raglan sleeves (3), an inner T-shirt (7), a seam which fixes the T-shirt to the waist (5) of the garment and which separates the bottom part (4) of the garment, two seams for fixing the T-shirt to the shoulders (6) of the garment, mittens or gloves (8) which are built into the sleeves (9) and closed using small fixing connectors (12), integrated leggings (10), reinforcing strips (13) which are pierced with holes (14), ties (11) for fixing the two sides of the garment, and a wide pleat (16) in which the closure tie (15) can slide.
