A thin film transistor substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and an LCD panel comprising the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost, by simultaneously forming an organic layer and a column spacer. A thin film transistor(T) is formed on a substrate(110), wherein the thin film transistor includes a drain electrode(143). A color filter layer(161) is formed on the thin film transistor. An organic layer(171) is formed on the color filter layer. A column spacer(175) is formed on the organic layer. The column spacer and the organic layer are simultaneously formed. The column spacer is capable of being positioned above the thin film transistor.
