A plasma display module is provided to increase a radiating area of an integrated circuit chip by attaching at least one heat radiating tapes in an adjacent region of the integrated circuit chip. A plasma display panel(100) includes a plurality of discharge cells and a plurality of address electrodes in order to display images by using gas discharge. The plasma display panel is disposed to one side of a chassis(30) for supporting the plasma display panel. An address electrode driving unit(130) is disposed to the other side of the chassis in order to generate electrical signals for driving the address electrodes. A plurality of signal transfer units(31,32) include integrated circuit chips between the address electrodes and the address electrode driving unit. One or more heat radiating tapes(35) are disposed on one side of the integrated circuit chip in order to increase a radiating area of the integrated circuit chip.
