FIELD: food processing industry, in particular canned industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of beverage with pulp for functional nutrition. Claimed beverage includes puree, carbohydrate component (such as honey), acid (e.g. ascorbic acid), water, structure-forming agent, and additionally it contains bifidogenic component. Said puree represents multicomponent mixture from fruit, vegetable and berry puree, and structure-forming agent represents mixture of pectin and carragheenan with sugar syrup. Bifidogenic component represents lactulose preparation, and ratio pectin/carragheenan is 1.5:1.0.
