FIELD: mechanical engineering; screw conveyors. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of loose materials. Proposed screw includes shaft with helical spiral secured on shaft by inner edge on outer surface of which brush member is arranged. Helical spiral is made concave and volumetrically spherical and is provide with wave-like projections and recesses on outer edge in depth to 15 mm in which brush framing member is secured. Spiral is installed relative to axis of rotation at angle less than 90°. ^ EFFECT: reduced centrifugal inertia force, increased density of transported material, reduced pinching and damaging of grain by edge of spiral and complete discharge of loose material. ^ 1 dwg
