<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a discharge rate from an extruder, irrespective of a deviation magnitude between the discharge rate and a setting value, in a discharge rate controlling apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A metering section 33 measures the weight of a material feeding section, which supplies the material to a screw side of the extruder. A rotation number measuring section 37 measures a rotation number of the screw. A measurement control section 35 calculates an operating amount by moving average method and PID operation, based on the discharge rate calculated from the rotation number and the measured weight of the material feeding section. The measurement control section 35 controls the discharge rate by outputting the operating amount to the screw side; wherein the operating amount is calculated, by a rapid response control parameter with decreased counts of the moving average when the deviation of the calculated discharge rate and a predetermined discharge rate is larger than a given value, and by a slow response control parameter with increased counts of the moving average when the deviation is smaller than the given value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
