A flap door locking device is provided to simultaneously lock and unlock a plurality of flap doors by simply operating a button or a switch by a driver. A flap door locking device includes: a cylinder rotated clockwise or counterclockwise and connected to a locking bracket(8) locking or unlocking a flap door, through a piston(9a) vertically moved up and down; a pressure supply source(11) for moving down the piston by supplying pressure to the cylinder; a control valve(12) for opening and closing a supply line formed between the pressure supply source and the cylinder; and an operation switch for controlling operation power of the control valve. The cylinder has a pneumatic cylinder(9). The pressure supply source is an air tank.
