A method for fabricating an electronic substrate is provided to improve magnetic permeability by reducing scattering of magnetic flux in a ring-type core. A ring-type core(42) is formed on a substrate having an electronic circuit including a connection terminal(11,21) wherein a stress buffer layer(30) is formed on the substrate. A high permeability member having higher magnetic permeability than that of the stress buffer layer is formed in at least a part of the core. A spiral conductor is formed outside the core so that an inductor having the core and the spiral conductor is formed. A redistribution line constituting at least a part of the spiral conductor is connected to the connection terminal of the electronic circuit. |
