A system and a method for business fusing a webzine and an ASP(Application Service Provider) by utilizing a web service technology are provided to promote creation of new value-added information and additional profits by combining a business type of a webzine site, the ASP, and a service provider with utilization of the web service technology. A service/solution providing device(31) provides a service and a solution developed by a web service provider. A UDDI(Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration)(33) stores web service information. An ASP service system(32) registers the changed web service information including a service provider agency concepts to the UDDI by receiving the web service information from the service/solution providing device. A webzine site providing server(34) develops a service request program by referring to the web service information registered to the UDDI and requests the service to the service/solution providing device via the ASP service system by using the developed service request program.
