<p>The device has an actuation lever (14) coupled to a rod (5) for controlling the position of the rod. The lever is mounted pivotally, around a rotation axle (R), between an end position, in which the lever places the rod in an idle position and another end position, in which the lever places the rod in a full throttle position. Leveling pads adjust the position of the rotation axle (R) of the lever along a direction parallel to a displacement axle of the rod and the direction perpendicular to the displacement axle and axle (R), respectively.
