Provided is a device of inserting a rope into a fish trap using a fish-trap withdrawing unit, thereby pushing the fish trap in a straight-line motion of a push rod by a withdrawing actuator. The device includes a fish-trap loading frame(300), a push unit for pushing the fish trap supplied from the fish-trap loading frame, and a fish-trap withdrawing unit(600) disposed to a lower portion of the fish-trap loading frame and having a push rod pushing the fish trap by a withdrawing actuator(610). The push rod carries out a straight-line motion by the withdrawing actuator. The push rod has a push plate(630) connected to the withdrawing actuator for pushing the fish trap and an upper plate(640) formed on an upper portion of the push plate.
