A rotary load apparatus adopted to a semi-active stabilizer is provided to improve the riding comfort and steering performance by operating the ECU by a steering angle when cornering and controlling the roll of the stabilizer. A rotary load apparatus(30) adopted to a semi-active stabilizer is composed of a body(33) connected to a front end of a separated stabilizer(20); a disk-shaped rotor(32) connected to the rear end of the stabilizer and installed in the body for relative rotation; a stator(31) fixed in the body; a piezoelectric element; a steering angle sensor(41) mounted to detect the steering angle; and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit, 42) applying the control voltage to the piezoelectric element and connecting the rotor and stator. The piezoelectric element contains a first piezoelectric element(35) installed at one end of the stator, and a second piezoelectric element(36) mounted at one side of the rotor. |
