A method and a system for classifying locations/documents in the computer network are provided to use restricted webpages/websites to select contents included in a category and targeted to a final user by classifying the websites/webpages with a search result collected from client computers. A message server(140) receives the search results from the client computers(110). The search results are produced from Internet search performed by the final user. A search result database(230) stores the search results in the message server. A category manager(236) finds a search result set from the search results in the message server. The search result set includes the search result responding to a keyword for the category. The category manager parses the search result set to obtain the websites enumerated in the search result set and includes the websites to the category. A message transfer program(120) is installed to each client computer, provides the search result to the message server, and receives AD(ADvertisement) having the same category as the website visited by the final user from the message server.
