A multi-output power supply apparatus is provided to reduce a voltage when an over-voltage is generated in a sub power supply and a main power supply, by reducing an output voltage by reducing a duty ratio when the voltage of the sub power supply increases. In a multi-output power supply apparatus outputting a main voltage and a sub voltage(Vout1) from one transformer(60), a main power supply part(100) comprises a reference voltage generation part(70) for generating a reference voltage from the main voltage. Sub power supply parts(200) comprise a comparison voltage generation part(80) for generating a comparison voltage from the sub voltage. A comparator(50) generates an output by comparing the reference voltage with the comparison voltage of the comparison voltage generation part. A control part is connected to an input part of the transformer, and controls an applied voltage by changing pulse width of a voltage applied to a winding of the input part by a feedback voltage of an output part. A voltage feedback part applies the feedback voltage to the control part by an output voltage of the comparator.
