A run-flat apparatus of a tire for a vehicle is provided to improve steering stability, and to securely transmit braking force and driving force from a rim to the tire by firmly assembling a tread with an upper part of a support body with a slip preventive unit. A run-flat apparatus includes a rim(1) installed to an axle of a vehicle, a tire(2) mounted in the rim, and a support body(3) installed between the rim and an inside of a tread(20) of the tire. A slip preventive unit(4) is installed between an upper part of the support body and the inside of the tread. The slip preventive unit is composed of an uneven part(22) formed at the inside of the tread, and an uneven part(33) formed in the upper part of the support body corresponding to the uneven part. The tire is maintained continuously by supporting the inside of the tread with the support body installed in the rim when pneumatic pressure is reduced by the puncture of a tire.
