FIELD: mechanical engineering; dressing devices of vehicle bodies. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed set contains frame mounted on running bogie, dressing device in form of power cylinder with housing and rod carrying punch on end of rod, support with self-aligning pivot and hinged mechanism with lock. Set is furnished also with pumping station mounted on running bogie, turntable consisting of base rigidly secured on frame with fitted on eccentric bushing with lock installed for rotation with base. Bushing accommodates eccentric with hole in which power cylinder is installed for circular deflection from vertical and accurate setting in working position. Power cylinder has two rods installed for step-by-step displacement in two cylindrical guide holes made in housing parallel to its axis. Hinge mechanism with lock is made to provide setting of power cylinder in horizontal traveling position for convenience of carrying dressing set to working site. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, improved convenience of servicing. ^ 3 dwg |
