Moreover, it is important to detect minimal distance between the edge of hemophthalmus contour and internal ocular membrane, measure the coefficient of vitreous acoustic density and establish the ratio of the coefficient of hemophthalmus acoustic density against that of vitreous acoustic density. If, simultaneously, the ratio of hemophthalmus volume against vitreous volume ranges 0.28-0.7, the interval of the coefficient of hemophthalmus acoustic density ranges 5000-50000 MG, the gradient of hemophthalmus acoustic density is oriented towards retina, minimal distance between the edge of hemophthalmus contour ranges 0.2-1.0, and the ratio of the coefficient of hemophthalmus acoustic density against that of vitreous acoustic density ranges 4.3-25 it is possible to conclude upon the risk of traction retinal detachment. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 1 dwg, 3 ex |
