The making up or decorating of keratinous materials in which nail varnish/mascara layer (1) or structure and layer of composition or structure having dispersed magnetic bodies are permanently magnetized. The keratinous material is skin, nails and eyelashes. The layers interact magnetically with one another. The magnetic interaction is used for orientating and/or displacing a portion of the magnetic bodies. The nail varnish/mascara layer contains volatile solvent. The layer or structure having dispersed magnetic bodies is applied after drying the nail varnish/mascara layer. The making up or decorating of keratinous materials in which nail varnish/mascara layer (1) or structure and layer of composition or structure having dispersed magnetic bodies are permanently magnetized. The keratinous material is skin, nails and eyelashes. The layers interact magnetically with one another. The magnetic interaction is used for orientating and/or displacing a portion of the magnetic bodies. The nail varnish/mascara layer contains volatile solvent. The layer or structure having dispersed magnetic bodies is applied after drying the nail varnish/mascara layer. The nail varnish/mascara layer or structure is adhesive and comprises a flexible film and forms a motif. The layer or structure having dispersed magnetic bodies is orientated under the magnetic interaction effect with the nail varnish/mascara layer or structure and is a false nail, false tattoo, film, patch or decorative elements such as a powder, fibers, or flakes. The nail varnish/mascara layer or structure is applied by transfer, manual or inkjet printer. Independent claims are included for: (1) a hand makeup kit; and (2) a makeup kit.
