A manufacturing method of a plasma display panel is provided to reduce an area of a bus electrode and increase contrast and brightness of the plasma display panel by simplifying a transparent dielectric process only with a green sheet method. A glass substrate(501) is etched and patterned by using laser beams. A bus electrode(502) is formed on the glass substrate by injecting and depositing an organic mixture including Ag. An ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) layer(503) is formed on the glass substrate including the bus electrode. An upper dielectric layer(504) is formed on the glass substrate including the ITO layer. A MgO layer(505) is formed on the glass substrate including the upper dielectric layer.
