PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic mail from being unnecessarily returned to many members. SOLUTION: Whether or not the electronic mail 15 terminated is judged in a step S100, and when the electronic mail is terminated, a message for informing that effect is displayed on a monitor screen. In the case of fetching the electronic mail, a user operates a keyboard, activates an MH command, inputs an inc command and fetches the electronic mail (step S101). In this case, a judgement means detects the character string of 'all' in the character string for indicating an address entered to the address column of the electronic mail (step S201), and in the case of detecting the character string (step S202), informs an output means of that effect. Thus, the output means displays the message of 'all' is found, 'be cautious!' on the monitor screen as the informing character string (step S203). |
