<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device using an actuator for opening the door of a refrigerator which can be automatically opened/closed, with switching operation, and freely operating the door after opened, and using a sensor for detecting that the door is closed at a preset angle, when closed, so that the door is automatically and surely closed while preventing half-shut thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A retractable pin is provided on the door and a rotary plate to be rotated in both opening and closing directions by an actuator is provided on a body side with a spiral groove having an opening portion at one end. When the rotary plate is rotated in the opening direction by the actuator, the retractable pin is moved along the spiral groove to open the door. The retractable pin is moved apart from the rotary plate through the opening portion, therefore allowing a user to freely open/close the door. An door opening/closing means is provided for moving the retractable pin into the spiral groove through the opening portion during closing the door and retracting the rotary plate rotated in the closing direction by the actuator to close the door. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
