PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product equipped with an attaching seat having high rigidity in spite of a light weight. SOLUTION: The annular attaching seat 11, which is integrally provided on one side of a door inner panel main body 3 in a protruded state so as to surround a through-hole 9, is constituted of double inner and outer attaching seat parts, that is, an inside attaching seat part 17 and an outside attaching seat part 19, and a connection attaching seat part 21 for connecting the inside attaching seat part 17 and the outside attaching seat part 19 at four places. A hard skin layer 23 having no voids A is formed on the whole surface of a door inner panel 1 while an expanded layer 25 having a large number of voids A is formed in the door inner panel main body 3.
