A structure for manufacturing and installing an eco-friendly median strip for road maintenance is provided to improve the appearance of the city and to promote nature conservation by securing a space for decorative trees or lawn in a median strip, to cut down on construction expenses by assembling and installing a median strip and a corner separator simply using a fastener such as a bolt and a nut, to execute repair work shortly and to cut down on replacement cost by separating the damaged part only for replacement and to absorb impact using soil filled in a space of the median strip when a vehicle collides against a median strip. A structure for manufacturing and installing an eco-friendly median strip for road maintenance comprises: a median strip(110) composed of wall joints formed on both ends of a straight external wall erected on a road(1) and provided with plural fastening holes and filled with soil to grow decorative trees or lawn(5); a fastener composed of a bolt member penetrated the fastening hole of the wall joint, a nut member fastened on the end where the bolt member is penetrated to couple a median strip and a wall joint of another median strip and a washer member inserted between the bolt member and the wall joint; and a corner separator(130) composed of a single wall joint unified with the wall joints of the median strip and a hemispheric external wall formed to cover up the outside of the single wall joint.
