A blowing apparatus for a film structure with an air circulation and venting function is provided to minimize human damage by automatically operating the driving and opening/closing motors through the heat sensor and rapidly discharging the indoor toxic gas when a fire breaks out. A blowing apparatus for a film structure with an air circulation and venting function comprises a driving motor(3) combined by a fixing pipe(2) in a fixing frame(1); a blowing fan(4) mounted at the lower side of the driving motor; fixing doors(5,5') formed at the upper side of the fixing frame; and rotary doors(6,6') formed at the upper side of the fixing doors and formed with a size enough to cover the interval between the fixing doors. The rotary doors are shaft-combined with an opening/closing motor(8) fixed by a bracket(7) from the fixing pipe and interlocked by the operation of the opening/closing motor. A connecting rod(9) is formed at the lower side of the fixing frame, and a grill net(10) is formed at the end and placed at the lower side of the blowing fan.
