A method for manufacturing an aromatic polyamide filament is provided to make the mean particle diameter in the aromatic polyamide polymer small. An aromatic diamine and an aromatic diacid chloride are polymerized at the polymerizing solvent including N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone so that an aromatic polyamide polymer is manufactured. The aromatic diamine is P-phenylenediamine and the aromatic diacid chloride is terephthaloyl chloride. The refrigeration powder sulfuric acid and the aromatic polyamide polymer are mixed at -20-0 degrees in centigrade. The concentration of the deep sulfuric acid is 97-100 % and the concentration of the polymer within the spinning undiluted solution is 10-25 wt %. |
