A 3D graphic processing device and a 3D image display device using the same are provided to display a 3D image in real time by using a 3D graphic which is 2D image contents. A control unit(100) receives 3D graphic data and a synchronous signal, generates a control signal, and outputs the control signal together with the 3D graphic data. A 3D graphic processing unit(400) generates a plurality of 3D matrixes for generating 3D image data of a plurality of time on the basis of the input of a 3D enable signal, and converts the 3D graphic data inputted from the control unit(100) into the 3D image data by using a plurality of 3D matrixes. A driving unit(200) generates a driving signal on the basis of the image data outputted from the 3D graphic processing unit(400) and the control signal outputted from the control unit(100). A display unit(300) displays an image corresponding to the image data on the basis of the driving signal.
