Integrated Crystal Oscillator Circuit

In invented quartz oscillator circuit (22) incorporates first transconductance amplifier (24) in loop, coupling two terminals (26,28) of first capacitor (C1). To middle tap between first and second capacitor (2) is coupled input (30) of transconductance amplifier. Output (32) of amplifier is connected to first terminal of first capacitor. Ohmic resistor (34) is connected in parallel to second capacitor.
