The operating cylinder has a cylindrical housing (2) with at least one window (9a) in the cylinder surface. There is a seal (7) between the window and the bottom of the casing. There is a window outlet wall sector (14a) for the circumferential position of the seal when fitting the window. This encloses an angle (alpha ) with the seal.
