An assembling structure of a drain hose in a sunroof of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts, and to decrease working hours by assembling a drain hose with a drain hose assembling unit without inserting and adjusting additional clamps in inserting the drain hose. An assembling structure of a drain hose(40) in a sunroof of a vehicle includes a water pan(10) combined with an end of a sunroof rail and provided with an inner space(11), a discharge unit(20) connected to the inner space of the water pan and protruded at an end of the water pan, and a clamping unit(30) divided into two sections and combined with an outside of the discharge unit. The clamping unit is combined after inserting the drain hose to the discharge unit. The clamping unit has an extension part connected to the water pan, and an edge part connected to the extension part and provided with an anchor part.
