An impact relieving silicone pad and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to produce the silicone pads with various hardness of 20~70Hs by mixing silicon oil and additional gel-type silicon with condensation-type silicon polymers. The impact relieving silicone pad manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding and stirring silicon oil to condensation-type silicon polymers, and then defoaming the mixture; adding the silicon oil and a silicon polymer hardening agent to the defoamed mixture, stirring the mixture in a vacuum state, and then defoaming the mixture; and injecting the compressed dry air to the produced mixture while releasing the vacuum state. The silicon oil is added about 5~25wt.% and 10~60wt.% in the first and second steps, respectively, to 100wt.% of the condensation-type silicon polymers.
