FIELD: oil and gas well cementing devices, particularly valve arrangements for boreholes or wells. ^ SUBSTANCE: valve comprises body with seat, throttle and ball-shaped locking member, which are arranged inside the body. Valve body is made as piston and is supported by journal bearings inside the well so that the body may slide between thrust stop ring and limiting ring. The piston has top cementing plug catcher arranged in upper piston part and stem with collars located in lower end thereof. The collars face opposite drilling mud and cement mortar flows. Piston is also provided with tip for thrust stop ring receiving and disc located inside the piston for peripheral channel closing. Throttle is installed in central channel of the disc. ^ EFFECT: possibility of cement column reciprocation. ^ 1 dwg
