Provided is a detergent composition for a kitchen which is excellent in antibacterial effect, deodorizing effect and aromaticity by using natural citronella oil and/or citral. The detergent composition comprises 0.01-10 wt% of citronella oil, citral or a mixture of citronella oil and citral, and has a pH of 4-8. Preferably the detergent composition comprises further at least one kind of alcohol-based solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, isopropanol, isobutanol, propylene glycol and ethylene glycol, or at least one kind of organic acid selected from the group consisting of benzoic acid, salicylic acid and sorbic acid. |
