A method for preparing bleaching activator particles is provided to obtain a bleaching activator in an easily applicable granule-like form by a simple and cost-efficient process. The method for preparing bleaching activator particles comprises a step of coating a seed material with a bleaching activator compound. The method may further comprise a step of coating the bleaching activator compound with a shelf stability imparting compound. The compound with shelf stability is a mixture of zeolite with polyethylene glycol. In the mixture, mixing ratio of the zeolite and polyethylene glycol is 1:5-5:1 on the weight basis.
