A planar resistance heating element and a fabrication method thereof are provided to prevent thermal deformation by tempering an aluminum foil stacked on an insulation substrate step by step. According to a method for fabricating a planar resistance heating element(1), an aluminum foil(3) stacked on an insulation substrate(2) is etched to have a fixed pattern, and then a carbon paste(4) is printed. Then, a current input port is connected in parallel. The aluminum foil stacked on the insulation substrate is etched by performing tempering step by step. The tempered aluminum foil is cleaned using a cleaning solution of pH 10 or pH 12, and then is dried in a temperature of 50-65 degrees. |
