A power unit having a cover for vehicles is provided to seal the power unit without an aesthetical appearing to be sealed by installing the cover to open a vehicle power outlet. A power unit having a cover for vehicles includes a main body(10) to a predetermined space by a convex portion of an instrument panel of the vehicle and installed with a power supply, an auxiliary cover installed to an entry of the power supply to open and close, a main cover(20) rotatably installed to an opening of the main body of the power outlet, and an opening and closing device installed between the main body and the main cover to maintain the opening state and the closed state.
