<p>A touch sensor device is provided to reduce the number of I/O(Input/Output) terminals through control of an external touch pad and an LED(Light Emitting Diode) commonly connected to the same I/O terminal. Each I/O terminal(251-25N) is connected to the touch pads(211-21N). Each LED(221-22N) is connected between the common terminal(250) and the I/O terminals. A touch sensing/light emitting controller is connected to the common terminal and the I/O terminal, and makes the corresponding LED emit light if touch is detected in the touch pad. A touch sensing/light emitting controller includes a touch sensor part(280) outputting a touch sensing signal by recognizing a signal applied to the I/O terminal in response to the first control signal, an LED controller(275) making current flown from the common terminal through the selected I/O terminal in the response to the second control signal, and a controller(285) outputting the first control signal to the touch sensor part and outputting the second control signal by responding to the touch sensing signal.</p> |
