A plastic sheet with a bending rule line, having satisfactory bending properties and pliability, feeling soft, having a fine appearance, and allowing a bending operation to be mechanically performed; and a ruled line blade for such plastic sheet. A bending ruled line ( 2 ) added to the bending portion of a plastic sheet ( 1 ) is formed, and shallow grooves ( 3 ) are formed along the bottom surface ( 2 b) of the bending ruled line 2 and at predetermined longitudinal intervals, while a plurality of grooves ( 4 ) deeper than the shallow grooves ( 3 ) are formed longitudinally along the bottom surface ( 2 b) between shallow grooves ( 3,3 ). And a ruled line blade ( 6 ) for the plastic sheet having the bending ruled line ( 2 ) added thereto is formed, and blades ( 7 ) having a small cutting depth are formed along the top surface ( 6 b) of the ruled line blade ( 6 ) at predetermined longitudinal intervals, while a plurality of blades ( 8 ) having a larger cutting depth than in the shallow blades ( 7 ) are formed longitudinally along the top surface ( 6 b) between the shallow-blades ( 7,7 ).
