A wastewater disposal apparatus for a cattle shed is provided to purify the wastewater with an aeration type by means of a communication body and minute bubbles. The waste water of the cattle shed is supplied into the inside of a solid-liquid separation cistern(10). The first minute bubble generating apparatus(12) is installed at the lower portion of the separation cistern and connected with a blower(60). A side of a waste water pipe(13) is installed at the lower portion of the separation cistern. The blower is connected to the outside and connected with the first minute bubble generating apparatus via the first connection pipe. The air from the blower is supplied to the first minute bubble generating apparatus via the first connection pipe.
