MARKING MACHINE FOR SLIDE GLASS USING A LASER

A slide glass marking machine using a laser is provided to automatically write information about patients on hundreds of slide glasses and to mechanically read the patient information by forming a two-dimensional barcode by a simple operation. The slide glass marking machine using a laser is composed of a mounting plate(110); a laser body(120) used as a laser generating source, installed at one side of the mounting plate, and connected to a terminal to receive client information; a laser head(140) installed on the upper part of the laser body to convert energy of a laser beam generated from the laser body into heat and then irradiate the heat; a housing(130) installed in the front side of the laser body; inlet and outlet cartridge mounting units(150a,150b) installed at the housing and moved back and forth; cartridges(160a,160b) installed in the cartridge mounting units and loaded with 100~300 slide glasses; an elevator(190) disposed at the lower side of the cartridge and vertically reciprocated to vertically move the slide glasses loaded in the cartridge; and a transfer unit(170) mounted at the upper end of the housing to suck the slide glass moved up by the elevator by vacuum and to move the slide glass to a marking position.
